The PANDO MOTO mens motorcycle base layer range is made using Balistex and Cordura mesh to create riding gear that’s lightweight and strong. The heat-conducting fabric helps keep you cool, making it one of the best motorcycle base layers for hot, summer riding.
Each design is low profile for unrestricted movement and uses a tight cut with stretchable fabrics to ensure a close fit. This means you can wear the base layer during winter too, layering motorcycle pants and jackets over the top to keep you warm in the cold weather.
Even with the stretchable fabric, one size does not fit all. PANDO MOTO understands this and as a result the entire range of mens motorcycle base layers comes in sizes XXS through to 3XL.
Lightweight motorcycle protection
The PANDO MOTO base layers might look lightweight and thin, but that does not mean there’s been any compromise on safety.
For the base layer tops, the elbows, shoulders and backs are considered high impact areas. As a result CE certified D3O® LP2 armor has been included in the elbows and shoulders, and it’s possible to insert a piece of protective QUATROFLEX lightweight back armor. The leggings also have armor included in the high impact areas, with SAS-TEC TripleFlex CE approved pieces being built into the knee and hip areas.
Each PANDO MOTO base layer uses power-stretch Balistex fabric in the design. This durable material is a new generation of 65% UHMWPE, meaning it’s 15 times stronger than steel. Previously used by the military and law enforcement, the technology is now available for motorcycle apparel so was a no-question addition to our range of heavy duty, abrasion resistant fabrics.
Each mens motorcycle base layer design is CE Certified meaning it complies with the relevant regulations set down by the European Union. It’s also backed by a 2 year warranty and our lifetime crash guarantee.

Depending on the design there have been different inclusions added to enhance the overall functionality. Some have loop straps and silicone elastic tape to help keep the layers in place. Others have a pouch attachment ladder incorporated into the design.
