Made of 11 oz comfort stretch CORDURA® denim, the seams are double stitched for extra strength. The black fabric has a carefully created heritage look that harkens back to the classic style of one piece motorcycle touring suits. The suit and pockets are closed with YKK zips, a brand known for making quality fastening products.
CORDURA® is a hard wearing denim that differs from traditional cotton denim fabrics. It’s engineered using a blend of INVISTA T420 nylon 6,6 staple fiber and cotton, to create a fabric that looks like authentic denim but has enhanced abrasion resistance and strength.
As a manufacturer, it was important to get the sizing right so that riders feel comfortable while wearing the suit. With sizes XS through to XXXL, we’re confident you’ll be able to find the right one to fit your body. Before purchasing, check the sizing guide in our online shop, and once the suit arrives you can use the internal waist adjustment, adjustable cuffs and matching belt to fine tune the fit.

The textiles used to construct our one piece motorcycle suits are abrasion resistant, performing at Level A under CE standard EN 17092. What this means is that the suit has been proven to be able to withstand a slide distance of 92m or a slide time of 6.7 seconds.
Wearable functionality
To make the suit wearable for summer and winter riding, ventilation pockets have been added to the underarm area and it’s roomy enough to wear a thermal layer underneath if necessary. On the chest and hips there are multi-functional pockets that snap closed, holding any smaller items while you ride.
