Your Account
We suggest you register on our website to make sure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible. You will have to enter your shipping and billing addresses, which will speed up your checkout.
Registering allows you to:
- Verify order status.
- Faster checkout.
- Receive email updates and promotions.
- You can modify your account at any time.
If you forget your account password, click on the “forgot password?” link. You will be sent an email with a temporary password. It is recommended to change your temporary password after logging into your account.
Upon checking out, you will be prompted to sign into your account. You will be able to make changes to your cart until the order is confirmed.
How To Make A Purchase?
Purchasing from Pando Moto is easy: browse the products you are interested through our menu at the top or click on the search icon (top right) and enter a keyword(s) to search for a specific item or feature. When you have selected an item and size you wish to purchase, click “Add to Basket”. To complete the purchase, click on the shopping cart icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. This will take you through to the checkout process, where you will enter your shipping address and payment method. Done!

Do You Ship To My Country?
We deliver to most of the countries worldwide, you can check our list of shipping destinations at the checkout process page.
Where Do We Ship From?
Our warehouse is based in Lithuania, EU. So anything you order on our store, that is where it goes from!
Do You Ship To PO Box Addresses?
No. All of our couriers require a recipient signature to prove delivery of the item. This cannot be guaranteed at a PO Box address.
Shipment Tracking
Your tracking numbers can be found on the 3rd row of your invoice that was sent to your email so is the courier company to which the order was shipped with. Kindly use the tracking number to track the order on the couriers official website or write on info@pandomoto.com to get a tracking link
Customs and Taxes for Goods Shipped Outside of the EU
What customs duties and taxes apply when shipping goods from the EU to countries outside the EU? When you ship goods from the EU to non-EU countries, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may be charged by the destination country. The specific rules and rates depend on the country of import, the type of goods, and the value of the shipment
Do I need to pay EU VAT when exporting goods outside the EU?
Generally, goods exported from the EU to non-EU countries are exempt from EU VAT. However, the buyer may be required to pay import VAT or other taxes upon arrival in the destination country
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
Yes, in most cases, the recipient in the non-EU country will be responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT imposed by their country’s customs authorities. These charges vary by country and are typically based on the value and type of goods shipped
Are there thresholds for customs duties or taxes in the destination country?
Many countries have value thresholds below which shipments may be exempt from customs duties or taxes. However, these thresholds and exemptions differ by country. Customers should check with their local customs office for specific information
Who is responsible for customs clearance and paying duties/taxes?
Unless otherwise specified in your terms of sale (such as DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), the recipient is usually responsible for customs clearance and payment of any duties or taxes in their country
Can I estimate the customs duties and taxes for my customers?
You can provide estimates, but actual charges depend on the destination country’s regulations, the product category, and the shipment value. It’s best to advise customers to check with their local customs authorities for precise information
What happens if I refuses to pay customs duties or taxes?
If the recipient refuses to pay the required duties or taxes, the shipment may be returned, held, or destroyed by customs. Any costs incurred due to non-payment (including return shipping and storage fees) may be charged back to the sender
Note: Customs and tax regulations vary significantly between countries and are subject to change. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, always consult the customs authority of the destination country.

You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase. For more information, please check: Shipping & Returns
Will I Receive A Full Refund?
You will receive a full refund for products returned to Pando Moto within the 30 day refund period. All product must be in new, unused condition, with all garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the initial order to the original account used for payment. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.
INTERNATIONAL/non-EU CUSTOMERS: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
* All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. (If not, we retain the right to charge a 20 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
What Happens If An Item(s) From My Order Is Out Of Stock?
In the unlikely event an item you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you and issue you a full refund for that item.
I Requested An Exchange But Received A Refund
Please check your email inbox, as we will have notified you before hand.
We work in a simple return for refund basis, if you want a different size/color/model than you ordered in a first place, please place another order with us.

Product Warranty
Pando Moto guarantees its products 2 Year Warranty from the original date of purchase. This warranty covers the product for the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. If the product ever fails during the warranty period due to a manufacturing or material defects, Pando Moto repairs or replaces with like product at own discretion.
To make the warranty claim, an end user must return faulty items to the original authorized Pando Moto Dealer where the item was purchased and submit original sales receipt. A dealer will then contact Pando Moto and follow its procedures. The warranty is applicable for motorcycle: jeans, pants, jackets, belts, shirts.
Our warranty covers any type of manufacturing or material fault within the 2 Year Warranty period. During this time, we assume that Pando Moto products will not produce any defects in the materials used and/or have any construction and manufacturing flaws.
What is excluded by the Pando Moto warranty?
This warranty does not cover:
- Damages caused by accidents.
- Normal wear and tear damages*.
- Improper use and maintenance of the garment.
- Any form of alteration and modification of the product (unauthorized repairs, etc.).
- Sun damage or the natural breakdown of colors, structure, and material over time.
- User’s subjective assessments like comfort, fit, etc.
*Pando Moto warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use (marks from rubbing on points of a motorcycle, general deterioration of the materials and fabrics after repetitive motion over time and fading of the color). Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your Pando Moto product, it will eventually begin to show age and wear.
What do I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please try using an alternative payment method. For example, if you encounter an issue while attempting to pay with a credit card/debit card, consider using PayPal as an alternative. If the problem persists, please reach out to us at info@pandomoto.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
We happily accept returns for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges. However, if you’d like to switch to a different size or product, you can easily do so by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item for a refund. This allows for a faster and more streamlined process.
How do I care for my Gears?
To ensure you give your clothing the best care, please check the care tags for specific washing and drying instructions. If you have any questions or need further guidance, feel free to contact our customer service info@pandomoto.com for assistance.
Do you offer customization or tailoring?
Currently, we don’t offer tailoring or customization services except for warranty cases. Feel free to use any seamstress available to you.

How can i track my order?
