You will receive a full refund for products returned to Pando Moto within the 30 day refund period. All product must be in new, unused condition, with all garment tags still attached, and in its original packaging. The refund will be processed via the payment method used to place the initial order to the original account used for payment. Shipping costs are not refunded unless your items are faulty.
INTERNATIONAL/non-EU CUSTOMERS: Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Please note that it can take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
* For International / non-EU returns** we have a charge of 11.89 EUR which must be paid by us to Customs Authorities upon receiving returns from International/non-EU** countries. The amount stated will be deducted from your payment for products upon refund.
**Except for USA orders, we have a different returns policy.
* All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags and packaging. (If not, we retain the right to charge 20 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
Pando Moto operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Pando Moto due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.
