Shipping & Returns

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, usually all placed orders are shipped next working day. Our service is available Monday – Friday.

• Free Tracked Delivery On All Orders Over €200!
  (Shipped by FedEx or DHL with a 5-7 working day tracked service).
• Standard Delivery (orders below €200) – €12.00
  (Shipped by FedEx or DHL on a 5-7 working day tracked service).
• Priority Delivery – €25.00
  (Shipped by FedEx or DHL with a 4 working day tracked service).

You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase.

Please follow the steps:

• Inform us, that you want to return an item.
• Fill our returns form and place it together with your return.
• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging and all extras what has been included. (If not, we retain the right to charge 20 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
• Send your return back to address on the returns form.
• Provide us with a tracking number of your return.
• Once we have received and inspected your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.
• Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your refund to reach your account. (Shipping costs are not refundable).
