EU Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, usually all placed orders are shipped next working day. Our service is available Monday – Friday.

International Shipping

These duties usually range from 0% to 25% of the goods’ value, with the exception of gifts.Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.
EU Order Returns
You can return items that you are not happy with within 30 days from purchase.

Please follow the steps:
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, complete with tags, packaging and all extras what has been included. (If not, we retain the right to charge 50 EUR fee from your refund for re-stocking).
- For customers shipping their return independently, please provide us with the tracking number after completing the return form or as soon as the item is shipped.
- Once we have received and inspected your parcel we will process everything accordingly and keep you updated via email along the way.
- Please allow up to 7-14 working days for your refund to reach your account. (Shipping costs are not refundable).
USA Order Returns

Custom Taxes And Duties
Pando Moto operates on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. This means that any outstanding import duties, clearance fee’s, brokerage fees or other additional charges have to be paid by the customer upon delivery of your order.
Contact your local customs authority for more information.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Pando Moto due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or chosen carrier. Any postal charges, returned shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will be deducted from any due refund or exchange request.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Options and Costs
- We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs, including standard and expedited options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days.

Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment or contact us about the where about of your shipping.
International Shipping
- We ship internationally to most countries. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Returns Policy
Products must be in new, unused condition, including the original box/packaging and all tags.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Pando Moto can arrange return shipping at a cost, which will be deducted from the refund. Costs vary by country; refer to the return request for details.
- Abuse of the policy, such as ordering multiple (more than two) of the same or similar items with the intent of returning most, is not permitted. Contact us if you’re unsure about sizing or product specifications before ordering.
- Refer to our “Shipping and Returns” section for further instructions on sending your return. Items should not be shipped back to Pando Moto without prior arrangements.
Return Shipping Options
- Pando Moto can arrange a pickup, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund.
- Customers may choose their own courier but must provide tracking details promptly after shipping.
Exchanges
Pando Moto does not offer exchanges. For a different size or style, place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of placement. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
Defective Items/Warranty
- For defective items, complete the warranty form. Pando Moto will contact you with instructions, including whether the item needs to be shipped back.
