Comfort and strength combined
Balistex is the main material used to create the PANDO MOTO women’s motorcycle base layer collection. It’s robust, lightweight and heat conductive, which helps keep you cool when heading out for a ride on a hot summer’s day.
Every design has a low profile allowing for unrestricted movement, and the inclusion of elastic fabrics means a snug yet comfortable fit. This is particularly true of the women’s long sleeve bodysuit. As a result of the form-fitting style, you can wear the base layers in winter underneath a pair of motorcycling pants and a jacket, keeping you nice and warm.
All of the women’s motorcycle base layers come in XXS through to plus sizes.
Lightweight yet durable protection
Despite being lightweight, the PANDO MOTO base layers are durable and protective. For the tops, the elbows and shoulders are protected by CE-certified D3O® LP2 armor, and there’s the option to add a piece of QUATROFLEX back armor. The leggings have SAS-TEC TripleFlex CE-approved armor integrated into the knee and hip regions.
Previously reserved for military and law enforcement personnel, Balistex is a fabric that’s now available for use in motorcycling apparel. If you haven’t heard of it before, Balistex is a new generation of 65% UHMWPE, which makes it 15 times stronger than steel. PANDO MOTO has chosen to incorporate power-stretch Balistex into each of the base layer designs due to its durability, strength and abrasion resistance.

Added functionality
Various additions have been made to improve the overall functionality of each design. To aid in ensuring the layers stay in place, some versions have incorporated silicone elastic tape at the hem or loop straps for the hands and feet.
