This base layer shirt allows me to stay protected while wearing casual hoodies or sweaters, sometimes I just wear it as is. I was unsure of what size to get because of it being a unisex garment, but I went with a XS. It fits snug but not too tight which is what I wanted. A SM would have been fine as well. The arms are the only places where there is looseness. It's comfortable and doesn't slide up. For reference I am 5'8, 140lb, 34 B chest.
