Motorcycle jeans for men who want style AND comfort

Forget bulky riding pants that look and feel uncomfortable – Pando Moto’s motorcycle riding jeans have been specifically designed to be functional, safe, comfortable, and stylish.

Across the range, there are various styles of men’s motorcycle jeans, including classic black leather biker pants, comfy stretch motorcycle jeans, skinny jeans, and cargo-pant style chinos.

They come in a variety of colors, including black, blue denim, brown, green, and beige, and can be mixed and matched with your other riding gear. Some pieces have been carefully hand-aged, giving a weathered look without damaging the fabric.

Look good, ride safe

Balistex, Cordura, and Armalith are among the durable materials used to make Pando Moto’s men’s motorcycle jeans, boasting high tear strength and abrasion resistance. Each pair comes with a standard 2-year warranty, as well as our lifetime crash warranty.

One of the most high-tech materials used in the range is Balistex, a blend of new generation UltraHigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) and spandex. They’re woven together to create a lightweight yet highly abrasion and cut-resistant fabric that’s used to line the Cordura denim jeans and make the Pando Moto protective base layers.

The hips and knees are high-risk areas for the legs, so it’s essential for riders to wear armored motorcycle jeans that offer impact protection for those body parts. The good news: the Pando Moto range comes with hip and knee armor included. Each of the designs and armor pieces has approved CE-protection, meeting the design requirements and slide distance performance indicators set down by the European Union.

Created with functionality in mind

Every pair of men’s motorcycle jeans has features that were included to enhance functionality. Some are waterproof while others include ventilation openings and COOLMAX® technology to wick away any moisture when riding in hot weather. Reflective cuffs add another level of visibility, which is reassuring if you ride at night.

How are motorcycle jeans different?

Unlike normal jeans, motorcycle protective jeans offer impact protection and are made of durable fabrics that protect against the friction of a road slide.

What are the best jeans for motorcycle riding

The best men’s motorcycle jeans are made of heavy-duty fabrics with sturdy construction, including reinforced stitching. They fit the rider well, have hip and knee armor, and have been independently tested and certified as appropriate PPE for motorcycling.

Is it OK to ride a motorcycle in jeans?

Normal jeans are not suitable for motorcycle riding. They offer no impact protection during a collision and no abrasion resistance. Tests show they last less than a second in a slide, quickly exposing your bare skin to the ground. Only real motorcycle jeans can actually protect you when things go sideways.

What does AAA-rated motorcycle jeans mean?

When motorcycle jeans are assessed against the EN 17092-3:2020 standard, those that offer the highest levels of abrasion resistance and tear strength are awarded the AAA rating. As a rider, it tells you that these jeans offer superior protection out on the road.

Are Kevlar jeans as good as leather?

While leathers are extremely protective and can perform better than textiles, a pair of Kevlar motorcycle jeans can still offer a high level of protection out on the road. The same goes for Balistex, Cordura, and Armalith, with the A, AA, and AAA ratings giving you a good way to compare the level of protection between designs.

Are motorcycle jeans comfortable for long rides?

A good pair of motorcycle jeans that have been sized properly generally offers enough comfort for long rides, especially if you take the weather conditions into consideration. For example, a long ride on a summer’s day will be comfier in a pair of single-layer riding jeans that have features like ventilation pockets, ventilation panels, and Coolmax technology.

How do I wash motorcycle jeans with armor?

To wash motorcycle jeans, start by removing the armor from the pockets. You can clean the impact protectors by wiping them down with a damp cloth, while the jeans can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a low setting, using lukewarm water and a gentle soap if you’d like.
