Meet the new and improved version of our best-selling Karl Devil jeans, the Karl Devil AAA+.

Thought was put into every aspect of this design. The jeans were crafted using super-stretch Cordura denim, cut to a slim-fit silhouette. They’re double-layered and double-stitched, with stretch panels on the back and knees that offer added comfort while you ride.

As well as looking good, the Karl Devil AAA+ riding jeans do their job, keeping you safe on the road. Along with being made of highly abrasion-resistant materials, they come with D3O® Ghost knee armor and hip armor, fitted into custom-sized pockets that are subtly included in the design.

Setting itself apart from the original design, the Karl Devil AAA+ has a Balistex inner liner in high-risk areas, instead of Kevlar. This has contributed to the jeans earning the highest possible safety rating, in accordance with the EN 17092-2:2020 standard. An innovative protective material, Balistex is 15 times stronger than steel while still being light enough to float on water.

Woven into the threads of the Cordura is Coolmax technology, which, along with the heat-dissipating properties of Balistex, helps you keep cool in warm-weather riding. There's reflective tape on the turn-up hem for safety while riding at night, and the unique hand-made aging process makes each pair look unique.

What is an AAA rating for motorcycle jeans?

All motorcycle jeans that are CE approved as protective wear under the EN 17092-2:2020 standard are given a rating. Level AAA is the highest rating, only awarded to the best-performing apparel.
