Measuring 44 cm long and 22 cm wide, the armor is just 2 cm thick. It is extremely lightweight at 250 grams, making it easy to wear. The armor discreetly slots into the back pocket of any PANDO MOTO jacket, or upper protective gear designed for sizes M-XXXL, including the Shell WW Black, Shell WW Black 02 and Shell UH 03 base layers. Just keep in mind that it’s not suitable for older versions of the M65 Camo or Capo Cor Shirt.

Four-layer design concept
The Pando Quatroflex back armor is made of a highly impact-resistant mixture of Nitrite and Polynorbornene rubber that ends up in a memory foam that is multi-impact rated and CE certified to the highest level (EN 1621-2:2003 – level 2). In the case of a severe impact, the individual Memory foam layers will shift relative to one another, resulting in impact dispersion over a larger effective surface area, and therefore minimizing the energy that is transmitted to the spine and back.
