While it might look and feel like cotton, Armalith denim is made by weaving cotton with UHMWPE fiber to create a strong, abrasion resistant fabric. This fabric was previously used in offshore and military applications, as well as in outer space, with PANDO MOTO choosing to integrate the technology into the motorcycle apparel range. It looks like denim but has the mechanical qualities of leather; it’s abrasion resistant, snag resistant and tear resistant, while also being extremely comfortable to wear.

Designed for riders

The jeans themselves are cut in a fashion forward style with cuffs, loops and a fit that makes them comfortable and functional for riders. Stitching is reinforced for added durability and the fabric has some stretch to it. While it may not be immediately obvious just looking at them, the Armalith jeans have pockets for protective hip and knee armor. The jeans themselves also carry a certification that designates the performance level as per the CE guidelines of the European Union. 

Like all our riding wear, the Armalith motorcycle pants are backed by a two year warranty as well the PANDO MOTO crash test warranty. The latter provides a way for you to have your jeans replaced if your gear is damaged during a road accident.
