Role Description

As an Influencer Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with different types of influencers and online magazines in the motorcycle community. You will be responsible for managing our partnerships, coordinating content collaborations, and driving engagement through influencer channels. Your primary focus will be on expanding brand visibility, reaching new audiences, and strengthening our presence in the online motorcycle community.

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with influencers, bloggers, vloggers, and online magazines in the motorcycle industry.
• Coordinate content collaborations, including sponsored posts, reviews, and giveaways.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop engaging and authentic content that aligns with our brand.
• Monitor and track influencer campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with the rest of PANDO team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across influencer channels.

Requirements

• A genuine interest in the influencer world and an understanding of online magazines, content creators.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers.
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills to effectively manage partnerships and collaborations.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Creativity and the ability to develop engaging content ideas and strategies.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and strategies is a plus.
• Experience in the motorcycle industry or related field is a plus.
