Integrated protection

Our aim was to create some of the best motorcycle pants with armor on the market, meaning the placement of the armor pockets was important. The knees and hips were the two key body parts that needed to be taken into consideration, given the higher risk for impact when compared to other parts of the legs. Pockets to hold protective armor were sewn into these areas and various types of inserts have been employed throughout the range, including low profile, visco-elastic soft foam SAS-TEC joint protectors and highly impact absorbing D3O armor that works to dissipate energy from a blunt force hit.

Made using durable fabrics

When creating a pair of riding pants there are certain design considerations that must be addressed through the choice of fabric, including the tear strength, comfort, stretch, and abrasion resistance. Ultimately, a number of textiles were selected to construct the PANDO MOTO range, including Armalith, Cordura, Balistex, and Dyneema. These materials have qualities that make them extremely appropriate for motorcycle clothing as well as other high demand uses, including military and space applications.
