Is D3O LP1 shoulder armor compatible with all motorcycle jackets?

What is the difference between CE Level 1 and Level 2 armor?

Shoulder armor for motorcycle riding is assessed and certified based on the EN 1621-1:2012 standard. 

• CE Level 1 provides basic impact protection for everyday riding 
• CE Level 2 offers greater impact absorption 

The D30 LPI motorcycle armor is certified as CE Level 1 protection. 

Is the D3O LP1 armor reusable after an impact?

Whether the armor is reusable depends on how hard the impact was. In general, you should replace motorcycle armor after a significant impact, or when it shows signs of wear, damage or aging. 

Does D3O LP1 shoulder armor work in hot or cold weather?

D3O LP1 CE Level 1 motorcycle armor is made of temperature stable materials, meaning they work no matter how hot or cold it is outside.
