Customer Operations Specialist

Are you a highly organized problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and keeping operations running smoothly? At Pando Moto, we’re looking for a Customer Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting our customers, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from order to delivery.

Role Description

As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of back-office operational tasks across Customer Experience, Logistics, and B2B functions. Working closely with different teams across the business, you will help ensure that operational processes run smoothly, customer requests are handled efficiently, and critical administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. This is a junior-level role with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and providing reliable support to day-to-day operations in a fast-growing international company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process returns, credit notes, and warranty cases.
  • Manage invoice administration.
  • Send overdue payment reminders.
  • Follow up on open orders and operational issues.
  • Monitor shipments and communicate with shipping providers regarding delivery issues.
  • Coordinate customs-related documentation and communication.
  • Support return shipment processing and tracking.
  • Assist with shipment exception resolution and daily logistics administration.

  • Good written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Comfortable working with various systems and tools.
  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus.

Gross salary starts from €1,800/month and will depend on experience and qualifications.
