Finance Partner

Our financial foundation has successfully supported the business to where it is today. We are now looking for a Finance Partner who will help optimize financial processes, strengthen reporting and planning, improve financial visibility, and provide valuable business insights for better decision-making. Working closely with the leadership team, outsourced accounting partner, and external auditors, you will become the company's internal finance expert, ensuring financial discipline while helping the business make informed strategic and operational decisions.

This is not a people management role. It is a high-impact business partnering position with broad ownership across finance, controlling, reporting, planning, and accounting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performance, providing financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.

  • Prepare monthly management reports, financial dashboards, and Board reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.

  • Monitor financial performance by analyzing revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, working capital, inventory, and key business KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.

  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis processes, supporting department leaders in achieving financial targets.

  • Coordinate and oversee the outsourced accounting function, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, timely month-end closing, statutory compliance, and successful annual external audits.

  • Own the company's payment processes, cash management, receivables and payables oversight, ensuring healthy cash flow, timely supplier payments, effective debt collection, and strong working capital management.

  • Maintain the integrity of the Profit & Loss statement, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reporting, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency across all financial information.

  • Develop and continuously improve financial controls, reporting standards, and finance-related processes to support a scalable and efficient operating model.

  • Partner with leaders across the business, providing financial analysis, business cases, pricing, investment evaluations, and decision support for strategic initiatives.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of ERP, BI, and financial reporting systems, driving automation, efficiency, and data quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Controlling, FP&A, Business Finance, or a similar role.

  • Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business partnering.

  • Experience working with outsourced accounting providers and coordinating external audits.

  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and financial reporting.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights.

  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is considered an advantage.

  • Proven ability to improve financial processes and reporting standards.

  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

  • Fluent English.

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA or CFA are highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage.

What We Offer
