Drawing inspiration from the bestselling Commando UH Black, this double-layer bodysuit is contoured to fit the female form. It offers versatile styling options along with high-level protection, able to be worn on its own, under a t-shirt or jacket, or layered over a singlet.
Crafted from Baltistex and Cordura mesh, the Bia Grey Pando Moto bodysuit is breathable yet strong. In fact, Baltistex is 15 times stronger than steel, while also being lightweight and highly efficient at conducting heat. These properties, along with the strength of the Cordura mesh, contributed to the suit achieving a CE Level AAA rating (EN 17092-2:2020).
Impact protection is important for motorcycling, so CE-approved armor has been incorporated into the Bia Grey body suit. The elbows and shoulders are protected by D3O® Ghost™ CE Level 1 (EN1621-1:2012) protectors, and for additional protection, a lightweight back protector like the Quatroflex CE Level 2 can be added.
The use of gray in the design isn’t just a stylistic choice; it also reflects more sunlight than the Bia Black. This cooling effect, along with the heat-conducting nature of Baltistex and the breathability of the Cordura mesh, helps keep you comfortable during warm-weather rides.

What is CE AAA certification, and how is it tested?
Under the European safety standards, motorcycle garments are assessed against the EN17092-2:2020 standard. Those that meet the criteria are then given a rating based on the performance, with Level AAA being reserved for garments that offer the highest level of protection.
The testing process includes:
- Abrasion resistance testing to simulate sliding across asphalt
- Tear strength tests to see how much force it takes to rip the fabric
- Pressure tests on the seams

How should I wash and care for the Balistex® fabric and armor inserts?
To start, remove the D3O® Ghost™ CE Level 1 armor and the Quatroflex CE Level 2 if you have it. These can be wiped down with a damp cloth and left to air dry.
Pando Moto’s Balistex base layers can be hand-washed or turned inside out and machine-washed on a gentle cycle. During the cleaning process, use cold or lukewarm water and a mild detergent; avoid using harsh chemicals like bleach or fabric softener. Once clean, leave the body suit to air dry at room temperature in a shaded space.
