One of Pando Moto’s best selling designs is now available in a sleek and subdued black. The Desert Cargo Black is one of the latest additions to the range, building on the heritage of the Desert Cargo Beige and offering you greater choices in color.

These highly protective riding car pants are made using Cordura, a high-tech material that combines military-grade INVISTA T420 nylon 6,6 staple fiber and cotton to create riding gear that looks like denim, but is far more protective. Having been thoroughly tested under the EN 17092-3:2020 standard, including being put to the road with simulated slides to check abrasion resistance, the Desert Cargo Black offers AA level protection.

Impact protection is essential for rider safety. The knee pockets of the Desert series cargo pants have two adjustments and accommodate the included SAS-TEC TripleFlex CE Level 1 (EN1621-1:2012) knee armor. The same type of armor is also fitted to the hip pockets.

As well as safety, style, and comfort, functionality was also considered in the design. These single-layer, relaxed fit cargo pants have multifunctional cargo pockets that are secured with snaps and YKK zip closures. Taking a closer look at the stitching, you’ll notice it’s reinforced with chain stitches, adding to the durability of the design. Around the turned-up cuff there’s reflective tape, making riders more visible at night. The Coolmax technology wicks away moisture for greater comfort, and the ring sewn on the front is useful for keys and lanyards.
