A heavy duty, abrasion resistant technical denim, the Cordura is lined with power-stretch Balistex (15 times stronger than steel) in high-risk abrasion and impact zones for additional protection.
As part of the design, the Boss Dyn 01 comes equipped with knee and hip armor. Riders can position the knee armor pockets at two different heights, allowing for a more customized fit. Both pieces of armor are rated as CE Level 1 (EN1621-1:2012) protection.
The Boss Dyn 01 jeans are fully CE approved, meeting the AAA+ protection level. This is the highest rating given, meaning that these slim fit motorcycle pants have been tested to provide slide protection for 92 meters or 6.7 seconds on pavement.

The final product has a clean look with no external stitching on the front. How are motorcycle jeans rated?
Motorcycle jeans that are made in Europe, including the Boss Dyn 01, are tested and CE certified under the EN 17092-2:2020 standard. Those that received accreditation are awarded a rating of A, AA or AAA, with the AAA rating being reserved for the most robust and protective motorcycle jeans.
What are Cordura jeans?
Cordura is a heavy duty denim created by blending cotton with military grade INVISTA T420 nylon 6,6 staple fiber. It looks like normal denim but is far tougher, so can be used to create protective motorcycle apparel including the Boss Dyn 01.
What is Balistex?
Balistex is a tough yet lightweight fabric made by blending UltraHigh Molecular Weight Polyethylene with spandex. It is known for its excellent tear strength, heat conductivity, and abrasion resistance, making it a solid choice for crafting premium motorcycle apparel. In the Boss Dyn 01 motorcycle jeans it’s used to reinforce high risk areas for increased protection.
