Social Media & UGC Manager

Are you interested in social media, content, and what actually makes people engage online? At Pando Moto, we’re looking for a Social Media & UGC Manager who can turn our products, brand, and rider mindset into strong, consistent content, while actively working with creators and using social channels as a space to test, learn, and improve what works.

Role Description

As a Social Media & UGC Manager, you will own Pando Moto’s social channels, ensuring a consistent, high-quality content flow across platforms. You will manage day-to-day posting, community interaction, and work closely with creators to produce content that reflects our brand and resonates with our audience. Your focus will be on keeping social active, relevant, and continuously improving based on what performs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own organic a channels (Instagram, TikTok) as testing environments - not just publishing, but validating ideas, formats, and messaging

  • Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions - extract objections, insights, and language that feed back into content and conversion

  • Turn top-performing organic and UGC content into structured inputs for paid media - working closely with performance marketing to scale winners

  • Run fast creative iteration cycles - brief → produce → test → analyze → refine- with clear decision-making cadence

  • Ensure best-performing content and angles are reflected across Shopify (PDPs, collections, landing pages) to improve conversion

  • Build and scale a high-quality UGC pipeline - source, vet, brief, and manage creators who can produce content that matches Pando Moto’s premium standard

  • Define and continuously evolve what “high-performing content” looks like - hooks, formats, narratives, and visual direction based on real performance data

  • Maintain and grow a reliable creator network - continuously raising the quality bar and replacing underperformers

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, briefing, and variation production without compromising brand quality


Whar We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in UGC, social media, or performance content (DTC or e-commerce preferred)

  • Strong instinct for what makes content convert - not just look good

  • Experience working with creators or influencers at scale (briefing, feedback, quality control)

  • Comfortable reading performance data (CTR, engagement, conversion signals) and turning it into clear actions

  • Ability to manage multiple content streams and maintain high output without losing quality

  • Strong taste level - understands premium positioning and can maintain brand consistency

  • Hands-on, execution-driven mindset - able to move fast without overcomplicating

  • Experience collaborating with paid media teams is a strong plus
