Global Sourcing Manager

PANDO MOTO is curently looking for an experienced Global Sourcing Manager who can build a reliable, competitive, and scalable international supplier network for our growing product portfolio.

This is not simply a purchasing or order-coordination role. You will take ownership of the sourcing process: from identifying new manufacturers and material suppliers to negotiating commercial conditions, managing supplier performance, controlling costs, supporting product development, and ensuring products meet our quality, delivery, and certification requirements.

You will work closely with our Co-founder and Creative Director, Product Development, Design, Production, Planning, Quality and Compliance, Marketing, B2B Sales, and E-commerce teams.

Your mission will be to ensure that PANDO MOTO develops and produces technically excellent products with the right quality, cost, lead time, and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching global manufacturing markets to understand the company’s current and future sourcing needs.
  • Identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new manufacturers, component suppliers, and raw-material partners.
  • Negotiating prices, payment terms, minimum order quantities, lead times, production capacity, and other commercial conditions.
  • Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery reliability, responsiveness, compliance, and development capabilities.
  • Supporting supplier selection and manufacturing decisions for new products.
  • Working closely with Product Development and Production teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, including sampling, testing, cross development, industrialisation, and bulk production.
  • Preparing sourcing documentation, supplier agreements, cost comparisons, quotations, and sourcing recommendations.
  • Optimising sourcing processes to improve speed, efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
  • Managing sourcing risks and developing alternative suppliers for critical products and materials.
  • Working closely with Design, Merchandising, Planning, Distribution, Quality, and Compliance teams.
  • Visiting suppliers, factories, trade shows, and industry events when required.
  • Monitoring sourcing trends, material innovation, manufacturing technologies, and global supply-chain developments.

Whar We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply-chain management, production, or physical product development.
  • Proven experience working directly with manufacturers and raw-material suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercial understanding of product costing, margins, minimum order quantities, lead times, and payment terms.
  • Experience coordinating international suppliers, logistics, and supply-chain processes.
  • A proactive and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to adapt quickly and make decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with a high sense of urgency.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in the textile, apparel, footwear, fashion, or accessories industry would be a strong advantage.

Nice to have

  • Experience in motorcycle, cycling, outdoor, sports, protective apparel, technical apparel, or performance equipment.
  • Understanding of CE certification, PPE products, abrasion-resistant materials, functional fabrics, or garment testing.
  • Experience working with Asian and European manufacturing partners.
  • Knowledge of technical textiles, trims, protective materials, armour, membranes, or performance fabrics.
  • Experience with supplier audits, quality-control processes, and production compliance.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using cost, margin, sales, and supplier-performance data to guide decisions.
  • A personal interest in motorcycles, adventure, mobility, design, or technical apparel.

  • Compensation package
    • Gross monthly salary of €3,000–€4,200, depending on experience and competence.
