Meet the new and improved version of our best selling Karl Devil jeans, the Karl Devil AAA.
Just looking at them, it’s clear that thought was put into every aspect of the design. The jeans were crafted using Cordura denim cut to a slim fit silhouette. They’re double layered and double stitched, with stretch panels on the back and knees that offer added comfort while you ride.
Setting itself apart from the original design, the Karl Devil AAA has a Balistex inner liner in high risk areas instead of Kevlar, earning it an AAA+ safety rating in accordance with the EN 17092-2:2020 standard. An innovative protective material, Balistex is 15 times stronger than steel while still being light enough to float on water.
Woven into the threads of the Cordura is Coolmax technology, which along with the heat dissipating properties of Balistex helps you keep cool in warm weather riding.
As well as looking good, the Karl Devil AAA riding jeans can do their job, keeping you safe on the road. Along with being made of highly abrasion resistant materials, they come with knee armor and hip armor, fitted into custom sized pockets that are subtly included in the design.

Awesome jeans. Great protection, stylish, super comfortable even in the heat. Fits true to size, maybe a tiny tiny bit on the larger side. These are my new favorite pair of riding jeans.
My favorite, my only gripe is that they didn't have my size available but the stretchy material felt good and really kept the armor in place. Of all three pants these offer the biggest space for armor which is why these are my favorite.
Very comfortable pants. Sizing is as expected. I am 184cm with long legs, so 34/36 suits perfectly on the bike, the pants don't ride up.
Amazing couldn’t be happier. At first I was hesitant due to the price as I already have the competing product. This one is a completely different tier. Super comfortable truly good looking I can wear these casually get tons of compliments from non riders. The protection pads feel very different and serious compared to the competition. I now will only buy Pando went ahead and bought the shoes that are also perfect and go so well. Pando congrats you have the best product in the market!
