Crash Tested: A Low-Speed Slide on Gravel

What began as a relaxed Sunday ride with four friends unexpectedly ended with a hospital visit. While riding in Saxony-Anhalt, on the road from Radis to Ochsenkopf, a hidden patch of gravel in a left-hand curve changed everything in an instant.
A rider ahead lost control in the corner. The two motorcyclists riding directly in front of Franziska stopped abruptly. Both rider and bike slid about three meters across asphalt and gravel to the opposite side of the road.
