Performance Marketing (PPC) Manager who fully understands paid acquisition and can own our advertising channels end-to-end.
This is a senior, hands-on role focused not only on running ads, but on building a scalable acquisition engine across multiple channels and continuously improving ROI.
Role Description
As a Performance Marketing (PPC) Manager, you will take ownership of our paid acquisition ecosystem.
You will manage Google Ads and other paid channels, structure campaigns, optimize funnels and ensure profitable scaling.
You will work closely with e-commerce, analytics and creative teams to identify growth opportunities and eliminate inefficiencies.
The goal of this role is to turn advertising from campaign management into a predictable and scalable revenue system.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms)
- Structure and optimize account architecture, campaigns and bidding strategies
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS
- Continuously analyze performance data and implement improvements
- Develop and test creatives, audiences and landing page hypotheses
- Identify bottlenecks across the funnel (ads → landing → checkout)
- Collaborate with creative and e-commerce teams on conversion improvements
- Manage budgets and allocate spend based on performance
- Build clear reporting and performance dashboards
- Test new acquisition channels and expansion opportunities
- Implement tracking, attribution and measurement best practices
- Reduce dependency on guesswork by building data-driven decision making
Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Experience managing additional paid channels (Meta, YouTube, Display or similar)
- Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably in e-commerce
- Deep understanding of attribution, tracking and conversion measurement
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
- Ability to independently make optimization decisions
- Experience working with budgets and ROI targets
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
Nice to have:
- Experience with Shopify or DTC brands
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, data layers and tracking setup
- Understanding of CRO principles and landing page optimization
- Experience with creative testing frameworks
- Interest in motorcycles / riding culture
Salary:
