Role Description

As an Junior Influencer Community Manager, you will support our influencer and content partnership activities while learning the foundations of influencer marketing and community building.

You will assist with research, outreach, communication, and coordination of collaborations with influencers and online magazines. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help execute campaigns and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow in the role.

Your primary focus will be on supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining strong relationships with creators, and helping expand our presence in the online motorcycle community.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify influencers, bloggers, vloggers, and online magazines in the motorcycle industry
• Maintain and update influencer databases and contact lists
• Assist with outreach and day-to-day communication with partners
• Coordinate product shipments and collaboration logistics
• Support content collaborations, including sponsored posts, reviews, and giveaways
• Monitor published content and gather performance data
• Help prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
• Engage with influencers and their followers through comments, messages, and social media interactions
• Stay up-to-date with influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with the rest of the PANDO team to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation

Requirements:

• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, or digital communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Willingness to learn and take feedback
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using social media platforms and basic digital tools
