The opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled and innovative Digital Growth Manager to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience in various digital marketing disciplines, with a technical and data-driven approach to problem-solving. As an all-rounder in digital marketing, they should be able to balance attention to detail with driving overall strategy. The Digital Growth Manager will be responsible for identifying new business growth opportunities, developing acquisition and retention programs, overseeing email segmentation and automation, and managing content. They will work closely with our digital marketing and e-commerce agency to deliver effective paid advertising creatives and develop and maintain a strong SEO strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform, increase conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Analyzing data and using it to make informed decisions about digital marketing campaigns and overall strategy.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, customer service, and merchandising to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Managing and optimizing the e-commerce platform, ensuring that it is user-friendly and easy to navigate, and that it meets the needs of customers.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology, and making recommendations for improvements and innovations.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors and partners, such as digital agencies, to support the company’s digital marketing efforts.
  • Creating and managing budgets for digital marketing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of these efforts.
  • Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify areas of opportunity for growth and improvement.
  • Overseeing email marketing campaigns, social media marketing, content marketing, SEO, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts.


  • A minimum of three years of experience in various digital marketing disciplines.
  • Strong technical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven ability to identify new business growth opportunities.
  • Experience in developing acquisition and retention programs.
  • Knowledge of email segmentation and automation.
  • Experience in managing content.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and e-commerce agency processes.
  • Strong track record in delivering effective paid advertising creatives.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining a strong SEO strategy.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
